Train to Gain UK is a service to help businesses get the training they need to succeed.
Train to Gain offers:
- A skills analysis that is carried out by an independent, impartial Skills Broker to assess what skills your business needs now and what it might need in the future.
- A Skills Broker who will make training and development recommendations based on the skills analysis, discuss the type of training your employees could benefit from, and who will help signpost you to a variety of training providers.
- A package of training support that will be developed to suit your requirements encompassing a variety of different skill areas, such as Skills for Life and job specific training from basic to advanced (including NVQs), bringing in specialist advice where it is required.
- A Skills Broker who will provide on-going support and help you review how the training is progressing and how it is benefiting your business.

- Information is provided on a wide range of training and development solutions from independent, impartial Skills Brokers who are trained to national standards.
