Bespoke Programmes

Bespoke or tailored programmes offer maximum flexibility with regards to course content, subject areas, level of support, and the length of programme. In addition employers can decide if any final qualification or certification is to be made available.

These types of programme can be targeted at specific learning and development needs, and are designed to meet specific organisational goals and objectives. Many training providers will work with an organisation to decide on the structure of the programme. Programmes are usually preceded by the organisation undertaking a training needs analysis (TNA) in order to determine what is required. Lifetime Training offers this as part of our Skills to Compete service.
